After three months of enjoying every service here at Pistou, we’ve come to the decision that we will no longer be serving lunches, but we will be expanding our dinner hours. We feel that we’ll be able to better serve our guests if we’re able to devote our full attention to our dinner service.

While we’ll be closing for lunch, we’ll be opening on Tuesday nights for dinner. Our full dinner menu will be served from 5:30pm-9pm on Tuesday nights, and we will be taking reservations as usual. Our last lunch service will be Friday, March 2nd, and our first Tuesday dinner service will be Tuesday, March 13th. Our new hours are listed in the side menu. We look forward to seeing you in for dinner!

Many of the ingredients we use in the kitchen are available for purchase in our specialty foods store. We currently have Mitoku aged shoyu, jams from Les Moulins Mahjoub, mustards from La Moutarderie Fallot and heirloom beans from Vermont among other amazing food products.  We are thrilled to be a part of Burlington’s food scene and the VT culture, and we are proud to work with local purveyors to feature many high quality goods from Vermont.

We are located at 61 Main St. in Burlington, VT on the southwest corner of Main St. and South Champlain St.
